Aim: Get Beach Fit In 6 Weeks Program
Welcome to our 6 week Beach Fit program. We aim to tone your muscles and lose body fat over the next 6 weeks, Diet will be essential to your success, and if you do not eat a clean healthy diet, then you will not a lot of results. Those nice tones muscles will simply be hidden under a layer of body fat.
We have filmed each workout once through and this will be enough for many people. But if you have the energy then please try and do the workout again after a water stop. We have not included a warm up or cool down in these workouts, simply because many people like to do our workouts back to back and the warm up routines slow this process down. We have a dedicated warm up and cool down page on this site. We hope you enjoy the workouts, and let us know how you are getting on.
